An example, of how your event may go: We welcomed 850 guests to a ‘black tie’ Christmas party. The guests experienced a red carpet entrance and our stylist had beautifully decorated the whole mansion in a romantic winter-wonderland display. Dressed accordingly, our ‘Beefeater’ welcomed the guests and assisted them with parking. The cloakrooms were placed on the left- and right-hand side of the Corps de Logis, under the colonnades; all was supervised by our cloakroom clerks. The Management Team was entertained in the Library of Landgoed Huis de Voorst. Upon arrival, all the guests were welcomed with drinks from our Dutch beverage assortment, accompanied with a variety of luxury canapés. The entire mansion was decorated classically and every floor had its own theme. Via a walkway, the back of the house was connected to a marquee situated on the lawn. In this marquee, several performances took place; the atmosphere was clearly not as traditional as in the mansion. After savoring several lavishly presented buffets, the guests could enjoy a superb party night. This concept is an example of how we could organize your event.
